1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer arising from the purchase of goods through the online store.

2. Product Information

The online store offers cosmetic products intended for skin care and piercing aftercare.

All information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice or replace consultation with a healthcare professional.

Product results may vary depending on the individual.

3. Orders and Formation of the Purchase Agreement

Orders are placed through the online store.

The purchase agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.

The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.

The Seller reserves the right to reject an order, particularly in cases of:

• obvious pricing errors,
• product unavailability,
• misuse of the ordering system.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable.

Payment can be made by:

• Bank transfer,
• Online payment card.

An electronic invoice will be issued and sent to the Buyer.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped using the carriers available in the online store.

Estimated delivery time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the destination country.

The Buyer is advised to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the shipment is damaged, we recommend reporting the issue immediately to the carrier and requesting a damage report.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with applicable European Union and Czech consumer protection legislation.

For hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• opened products,
• used products,
• cosmetic products that have been unsealed or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale.

Returned goods must be:

• unused,
• undamaged,
• complete and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after withdrawal from the contract. However, the Seller may withhold reimbursement until the returned goods have been received.

7. Complaints and Defective Goods

The Buyer has the right to submit a complaint regarding defective goods in accordance with applicable Czech and European legislation.

Complaints may be submitted by email or in writing and should include:

• order number,
• description of the defect,
• contact details.

Complaints will be handled without undue delay and no later than 30 days after receipt.

8. Privacy Policy

The processing and protection of personal data are governed by our separate Privacy Policy.

9. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Consumers have the right to seek out-of-court dispute resolution.

10. Governing Law and Final Provisions

These Terms and Conditions become effective upon publication on the Seller's website.

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

Legal relationships arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The mandatory consumer rights applicable in the Buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
